The Sattva Courtyard Cost Sheet is a detailed document that shows the payment breakdown when buying any apartment. The Sattva Courtyard cost breakdown outlines every payment stage and shows clearly what the price includes and what is charged separately, making it easy for homebuyers to plan their purchase. The Exclusive EOI price is all-inclusive: the basic price, GST, car parking, clubhouse charges, infrastructure charges and maintenance are already inside it. Only preferred location charges (PLC), franking, stamp duty and registration are added on top.

The cost sheet covers the 3 BHK (approx. 1,800–2,300 sq. ft.), the 4 BHK with staff room (approx. 2,600–3,000 sq. ft.) and the 4 BHK Signature Duplex (5,150 sq. ft.) in Sattva Courtyard, across the project’s 7 towers. Buyers can use the cost sheet as a guide to know the full apartment cost. The amount payable for each unit depends on the type of unit, its size, tower and floor.

A cost sheet confirms transparency for buyers and sellers of the properties. By referring to the cost sheet, buyers can see exactly which components are included in the all-inclusive price and which statutory and location charges are extra — no hidden charges.

Sattva Group always offers competitive prices, making it easy for people to own their dream homes. The Exclusive EOI price starts from ₹2.81 Cr onwards* for the 3 BHK and ₹4.15 Cr onwards* for the 4 BHK, with the Signature Duplex priced on request.

*All-inclusive Exclusive EOI price (includes basic price, GST, car parking, clubhouse, infrastructure and maintenance charges); preferred location charges, franking, stamp duty and registration extra. Indicative and subject to change.

What the Sattva Courtyard Cost Sheet Includes

The ₹2.81 Cr onwards* (3 BHK) and ₹4.15 Cr onwards* (4 BHK) Exclusive EOI prices are all-inclusive. The cost sheet shows these components as included in the price:

  • Basic price of the apartment
  • GST
  • Car parking
  • Clubhouse charges
  • Infrastructure charges
  • Maintenance

Only these are extra, on top of the all-inclusive price:

  • Preferred location charges (PLC), where applicable
  • Franking, as per government norms
  • Stamp duty, as per government norms
  • Registration, as per government norms

The Signature Duplex is priced on request.

The cost sheet will provide a clear summary of:

  • All-inclusive EOI price - The basic sale value of the apartment, based on Super Built-up Area, together with GST, car parking, clubhouse charges, infrastructure charges and maintenance. These are not billed again.
  • Preferred Location Charges (PLC): Extra, and only where a unit carries a preferred location.
  • Franking and Stamp Duty: Extra, payable as per government norms.
  • Registration Fees: Extra, the statutory charge for registering the apartment.

Because GST, car parking, clubhouse, infrastructure and maintenance charges are already inside the ₹2.81 Cr / ₹4.15 Cr Exclusive EOI price, buyers only need to budget separately for PLC (if any), franking, stamp duty and registration. Floor-rise charges, where applicable, will be confirmed in the official cost sheet. Every cost component is explained in the Sattva Courtyard cost breakup, so buyers know what they are paying for and how it adds up.
